1. System crash during startup --- a. The problem needs to be solved by updating the system to rule out system issues; please see the document for operating steps.


If the problem cannot be solved in this way, we provide a hardware testing tool to check the device hardware and confirm if the problem is with the motherboard hardware. The testing tool is provided with an SOP and operating video in both Chinese and English and is easy to operate, but the user should be prepared with a USB flash drive. If it still doesn't work, the only option is replacement.                                                                                                                                            


2. Press the power button, wait for the light to turn on, and press the Del key to see if it enters BIOS. If it does, then you can enter the BIOS to proceed with update verification. In case of failure to enter the BIOS, this indicates that the device is unable to boot, and it is recommended that you seek after-sales service or replacement;                                                            


3. Replace a data cable to verify if it can be started up normally.
