When the screen cannot rotate automatically, it is recommended that you try the following solutions:

1. Make sure that the auto-rotate setting is enabled, and view the Portrait Orientation Lock in the drop-down status bar or go to Settings > Display >Direction lock

2. It the auto-rotate setting is enabled, but the screen still cannot rotate automatically, please try to restore factory settings, but do remember to backup important files first.
