1. Check if the network is running well.
2. Make sure that your phone has enough space for downloads, and try to delete unwanted files.
3. Make sure that your phone has enough RAM for downloads, and try to clear the cache before downloading.
4. Be sure to download apps from official websites, such as Playstore
5. Try to restore the factory settings, but do remember to back up the data, and try to download again
