What should I do if WhatsApp cannot receive information?

1. If WhatsApp messages are not pushed or message details are not displayed, please open WhatsApp, select Me > Settings > New Message Reminder, open Receive New Message Notification and Show Notification Message Details switches, and make sure that the content of WhatsApp messages can be successfully displayed in the status bar of the phone;


2. When logging in to the WhatsApp PC version, please make sure that the phone mute function in WhatsApp is turned off: firstly, click the banner notification on the homepage of WhatsApp phone version and click the phone mute, and the button will be grayed out;


3. Check the current status, when the phone is in the screen of chat, chat messages will not be pushed to the device. If only WhatsApp messages have no notifications and all other notifications are normal, please check the settings on WhatsApp:


1. If WhatsApp messages are not pushed or message details are not displayed, please open WhatsApp and select Me > Settings, and then select More Reset Settings in the upper right corner to make sure the content of WhatsApp messages can be successfully displayed in the status bar of your phone.


2. Check the current status. Chat messages will not be pushed to the device when the phone is in chat screen. For example, if you are using your phone for WhatsApp chat, WhatsApp messages will not be pushed to your device.


3. For Apple phone, open System Settings - Bluetooth - Bluetooth Device - 1) icon sharing behind the device, and turn on the System Notification switch.


4. Check if Do Not Disturb mode of the watch is enabled, the watch will not receive message alerts and vibrate after Do Not Disturb is enabled.


5. Check if you need to update the firmware, try to update the version in time.
