Inaccurate blood pressure monitoring
1. Keep one finger distance between the watch and the wrist when wearing the watch
2. When measuring the blood oxygen, the watch should be close to the arm, while you should put the arm flat and keep the arm relaxed and still before measuring
3. The measurement position of the sphygmomanometer is the brachial artery, while the measurement position of the watch is the two main branches of the micro-artery. Under normal circumstances, there is a value difference of 30 to 40 between the aortic and micro-arterial blood pressure measurements;
4. If you use a watch and a sphygmomanometer to take measurements at the same time, because blood flows in the arteries in a centrifugal direction, the strap puts pressure on the part below the median cubital vein when measuring with a sphygmomanometer, resulting in a temporary inability for the blood to flow smoothly to the arterial branches below;
5. The increased tension in the blood vessels may cause the deviation of the upper and lower blood pressure measurements to be greater;
