You can take the following measures to troubleshoot:
1. Unable to find the pairing name of headset product, power off the device again > search and connect your phone according to the instructions.
2. The software may have a bug. You need to put the two headsets into the charging case, while long pressing the left + right for 3 seconds (both headsets are required) to pair and link again
