First, unplug and reconnect the cables, ensuring they are plugged into the correct video and power ports. Second, if using a USB-C connection, verify that your laptop's port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, rather than just charging. Finally, when using an HDMI connection, ensure the auxiliary power cable is also connected. If the Blackview portable monitor is not automatically detected, open your laptop's display settings and select "Detect."
