How do I tell if I'm in blind mode?
When a green box appears on your mobile phone interface, and operations cannot be done in the normal way, you may have entered TalkBack mode by mistake. Please do not worry, you may follow the following method to solve the problem.
1. Where there is a sound prompt on the boot wizard interface, and a green box is displayed, the solution is as follows:
-- Go to Boot wizard interface > Vision settings, tap Vision settings, find TalkBack, and turn it off.
2. If you have turned on Accessibility > TalkBack in the settings, you need to turn off the TalkBack mode in the settings.
Note (if a password is set, you need to unlock first in the boot interface, and the unlocking method is as follows: you may unlock it with your face, or if you have set a password, you may swipe on the screen with two fingers to enter the password. In the accessibility mode, you need to drag down the tablet page with two fingers. To activate a feature, you need to select the feature with one finger (a green box will appear after the selection), and double tap it to activate it. When swiping up, you need to use two fingers to select it (a green box will appear after the selection) and swipe up with both fingers to activate it)
3. If you still cannot complete the operation in this way, please watch the video for a solution. We hope this was helpful.
