What should I do if a downloaded app cannot receive message notifications?
In case of failure to receive notifications, you may follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. In case of failure to receive messages every time you turn on the tablet after turning it off, you need to open the app that needs to receive messages before you can receive them.
2. Do not manually delete the background apps in the commonly-used menu interface, as this may lead to failure to receive messages.
3. Please turn on the app that needs to receive notifications, long press the app, go to App Information > Battery, open the Battery Limit, and select “Unlimited”.
4.
