I. In case of failure to connect to WiFi

1. Make sure that the router is working normally and try to reboot or reset the router.

2. Make sure the Tablet is close enough to the router to keep it within the coverage of the WiFi signal.

3. Check if WiFi is connected and that the correct password is entered.

4. Please try to share the hotspot to verify if the problem is with the device itself or the incompatibility of the router.

II. In case of failure to connect to mobile data

1. Make sure that the SIM card is working properly and the SIM signal is good.

2. Make sure that the SIM card has enough balance, and if the connection is still unsuccessful, you may try to restore the factory settings but do remember to back up the data first.
