The Tablet gets hot when playing games

0 people found this helpful!

When playing games, to ensure picture quality and make sure the game runs smoothly, the Tablet’s CPU, GPU, and other chips need to operate at high performance, and the network needs to communicate with the game server in real time. In addition, the screen and speakers have to work simultaneously. All of these will lead to a high operating load, causing the Tablet temperature to go up. After exiting the game, the Tablet temperature will gradually go down.

If the Tablet temperature has exceeded the acceptable range of your body when playing games, you may relieve the problem by adopting the following methods:

I. Adjust the game settings

You may adjust the picture quality and frame rate to an acceptable medium-high level in the game, or enable low power or balanced mode in the game assistant.

II. Turn off partial functions

For certain models with dedicated graphics chips, you may try to turn off such functions as game frame interpolation, super resolution, and surreal picture quality. Meanwhile, it is recommended that you reduce the frequency and length of screen recording when playing games.

III. Adjust the Tablet settings

You may appropriately reduce the screen brightness and turn down the game sound volume to reduce the corresponding power consumption; before starting a game, it is recommended that you close other background apps that are not in use for the time being.

IV. Try physical cooling measures

If you are a hardcore gamer, it is recommended that you equip a cooling back clip for the Tablet.
