What do I do if I'm unable to use the 4G network?
1. The SIM card used must be the SIM card that supports 4G network.
2. 4G network signal coverage is required to use the 4G network.
3. If you are using a phone that supports 4G networks, the SIM card supports 4G networks, and you are available for 4G signal coverage nearby, but you still cannot use the 4G network, please try to set 4G network as priority. The operation method is as follows: Settings > SIM card and mobile network > SIM card settings > Mobile network > Preferred network type > Preferred LTE (operator customized phones do not have this option).
4. It is recommended to change the location to determine if the data network signal is weak in your location (a full signal does not necessarily indicate a good network). In addition, if the 4G, 4G+ network situation is poor in your area, please select the network type of SIM card. Go to Settings > SIM card and mobile network > SIM card settings - Find the card used for Internet access > Mobile network > Preferred network type > 3G is preferable. In some areas, 3G H+ network is more stable than 4G network.
5. It is recommended to update the system to the latest version.
